At Nuage Boutique, every piece is prepared with care and attention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused
Have original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging
Show no signs of damage, perfume, washing, or wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Pre-Orders

Please note that pre-order items are made and prepared especially for each order, therefore they are not eligible for cancellation once production begins.

If your pre-order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

Incorrect items received
Damaged items upon arrival

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by us.
